2495825 - Pay Grade and Pay Group fields are grayed out in Advanced Reporting

In Advanced Reporting, the following fields under the Compensation table are grayed out:

• Pay grade
• Pay grade (Name)
• Pay Group
• Pay Group(Label)
• Pay Group (Pay Group ID)

Access Advanced reporting and try to create a query for the 'Compensation Emp Comp Info T' table

These are mandatory fields defined in the data model by default and hence these fields will always appear in the fields list.

1. If you would like to report on 'Pay Group' related fields, they have to be added to the corporate data model and configured accordingly.
2. Pay grade field is not supported in Compensation information, to remove them completely from Advanced Reporting, please follow the work-around provided in the following article: 2462693 - Pay Grade Field Appearing in Compensation Info
