2495901 - Failed to Upload Archives with "An internal error occurred"

Symptom

When you upload files to HANA Application Lifecycle Management, it fails with an internal error.

In xsengine trace, you could see the error messages like below:


[000000]{-1}[-1/-1] 2000-00-00 00:00:00.000000 e xsa:sap.hana.xs. sap.hana.xs.lm.xsts:utils.xsjslib(00176) : An internal error occurred:Service Failed. ReferenceError: product is not defined
