2496235 - CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM error when configure costing sheet in customizing

There is runtime error when selecting costing sheet via customzing path:
SPRO
  -> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service
   -> Maintenance & Service Orders
    -> Functions and settings for Order Types
      -> Costing Data for Maintenance and service orders
         -> Maintain costing sheet

The runtime error is:
PERFORM_NOT_FOUND
CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM
SAPL0COE

The same dump could also happen when defining costing sheet from CO customizing:
SPRO
  -> Controlling
    -> Product Cost Planning
       -> Basic Settings for Material Costing
          -> Overheads
             -> Define Costing Sheets
