2496314 - Required option grayed out on Applicant Status Configuration - Recruiting Management

Open Status set  from Edit applicant Status set configuration and check for particular status , the required option is not greyed out.

That happens because the option "Collect comments if this status is skipped" is enabled.

To be able to set a status as Required, you must uncheck the option "Collect comments if this status is skipped":

Now you will be able to make the status as Required.
