2496339 - create index with online encountered error message 8233 - SAP ASE

While running:

• create index with online - for example:
  create index test_index on test_table (a ASC) with online local index
  
  

• Then from another isql window, run the proc which would access test_table and you will get the following error:
  Number (8233) Severity (16) State (1) Server (SERVERAME) CREATE INDEX WITH ONLINE operation is in progress on the object 'test_table' in database 'XXX'. Retry your query later.

• SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise 15.7 SP100 and up

index, create, temp table, online 8233 Retry query later , KBA , BC-SYB-ASE , Sybase ASE Database Platform (non Business Suite) , Problem
