2496577 - Purchase Contract opens in the Advanced (WEBGUI) app - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • When using the 'Manage Purchase Contracts' app (F1600A), sometimes the selected contract opens in a separate GUI session. Since S/4HANA 1809, advanced Purchase Contracts open in the WebGUI app in the same screen.
  • Some purchase contracts are displayed in the app itself and can be changed from there, but others are open in the Display Purchase Contracts (WEBGUI) app.
  • Error "Navigation to this application is not supported." appears when selecting a contract from the list.
