2496751 - FTR_ALERT/Tabstrip 'Release': released deals are still displayed

Symptom

Running transaction FTR_ALERT to check for unreleased treasury transactions may result in the message 'Release open since DD.MM.YYYY'; however, reviewing the workflow log might confirm that the transaction was released with no open workflows, while displaying the deal in transaction FTR_EDIT on the 'Status' tab indicates a release status of '2' (Release Required).
