2496790 - Purchase Requisition doesn't display on tab Tracking

Symptom

1- User creates an Rfx from Purchase Requisition in CPPR. After user deletes the PR in ECC system, system no longer displays the PR on tab Tracking in Rfx.

2- User creates an RFx/PO from a requisition created from PM order. After user technically close the PM order, system no longer displays the PR/SC on tab Tracking.
