2496947 - Cannot connect to MDM -Error 30288 while setting up security context - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

You are using SAP Solution Manager. You are unable to connect to systems running SAP MDM applications on SAP ASE. Error received is:

ErrorCode= 30288, Msg=[SAP][ASE ODBC Driver]Error encountered while setting up security context.  Refer to the Adaptive Server Enterprise ODBC User Guide for possible reasons.
