2496980 - Sick Leave PEP not Working

I copied the suggestion solution in the implem guide but it's not working.

Create time account type and link it to Sick Leave time type. 

Create the PEP rule and link it to the Sick Leave time account type

Run the Manage time off calendar for time account type.

Under chapter 9.3 of time off implementation handbook its mentioned that “The Period-End Processing rule scenario is used for time account types where the accrual frequency is defined”

Your time account type is of type permanent (not recurring and having an accrual frequency). This is the reason PEP rule is not working.
