  2. Enter the Facet;
  3. Click in Adapt;
  4. Click on Edit Master Layout;
  5. Place the mouce over the field;
  6. Select Properties and click on Field Definition;
  7. Click in Edit.

This is the expected behaviour.

Is not allowed any default values exceeding 80 characters in rich text. This limit includes all HTML tags like bold, color etc. Even though the visible text appears like within limit, if we use formatting and special control it will exceed 80 characters.

If you want the value as “This is an Issue” using color and bold and other kind of formatting, the customization you have done will result in below HTML which has 80+ characters
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">This is an Issue</span></strong></p>

Take in consideration the HTML tags when using formatted text. It cannot exceed 80 characters.
