2497101 - How to recreate Web Dynpro and transactional apps from a secondary Fiori Launchpad on the primary Launchpad

Symptom

It may be desirable to replicate catalogs containing WebDynpro and Transactional Apps from a secondary or embedded Fiori Launchpad to the company's primary Fiori Launchpad when those apps are not available as a separate add-on.
