2497116 - MESSAGE_TYPE_X_TEXT DUMP in VIM OpenText after EHP upgrade

Symptom

  • VIM DUMP OpenText.
  • You have upgraded your SAP landscape from SAP Basis Release 7.5 to a higher release. Now when opening any work items prior to upgrade, they are giving a dump. New work items can be processed as normal.
  • "MESSAGE_TYPE_X_TEXT" Dump in "_CALL_WORKITEM_EXIT".
  • Issue is present in VIM Workplace and SBWP Workflow Inbox.
