2497185 - Validity Period of BP is not editable in creation mode

Symptom

  • When creating a Business Partner in transaction BP, the validity period is not editable. 
  • After saving the BP, when in change mode, the validity period can be edited.
  • Time dependency for table BUT000 is active in table TB056.
