2497373 - Accept and Reject indicator is active at the same time for inspection characteristic in results recording transaction

• After recording results for a characteristic in transaction QE01, QE02, QE51N, and so on the valuation is failed. Parallel the Accept and Reject indicators are activated together.
• When doing results recording for characteristics with attributive inspection, Accept and Reject indicators are set at the same time.
