2497420 - DSPLY_CONDITION_INCONSISTENCY returns "Invalid data!"

Symptom

Report DSPLY_CONDITION_INCONSISTENCY introduced with SAP Note 664815 needs to be run to either identify inconsistencies or clean up condition records from one condition table, however the execution of this report for a particular condition table fails with error message "Invalid data!"
