Symptom

Not able to load language translations in Beta Goal Import tool

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Resolution

Please follow the below steps while loading the translations in Goal Import file.

  1. Install OpenOffice and Open it.
  2. Open the csv file from here. In the Text Import pop up, choose separated by as 'Comma'.
  3. On click OK, it opens the csv file in OpenOffice.
  4. Now, Save as text csv format and click on 'Edit Filter Settings' in the Save as pop up.
  5. Pop up comes asking for Keep current format. Click on it. 
  6. In the 'Export Text File', Choose character set as 'Unicode (UTF-8)' and click ok.
