2497499 - Adapter log files are misplaced in multi-node cluster on Windows - ESP

In a single node cluster on WIndows, where running projects are located at: C:\sybase\ESP-5_1\cluster\projects\esp1\

There is a subdirectory named which contains the "frameworkadapter.log" file.

In multi-server cluster, the project folder is in the "STREAMING_SHARED" location. But the adapters are not creating log files under that folder.

Instead, log files getting generated in "C:\windows\logs".
