Symptom
You created a customized Report based on the Standard Data Source Lead (technical ID CODMKLEAH) and used the Key Figure Group Lead Aging Analysis by Qualification.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Design Reports view.
3. Open your customized Report and select Go.
4. You will see the Leads are all the same for all the different aging Groups from the Key Figure.
Cause
This Key Figure is meant for getting the Number of aged Leads for a particular Qualification Status.
When more columns are added (like Lead Name, ID etc.) the report gets distorted as it is not meant to be used in such a way.
Resolution
When a custom Report is created with the Key Figure Group Lead Aging Analysis by Qualification, no other additional columns can be added.
This Key Figure Group is designed to be used on its own.
See Also
If you require other Characteristics to be used in the View, we would recommend to edit the Report with the Report Wizard and remove the Key Figure Group Lead Aging Analysis by Qualification in step 2.
Instead, you can add the Key Figure Lead Age to see how old the Lead is.
