2497718 - Single-stage application: Candidate not able to Attach Additional Documents post application - Recruiting Management

After the application, candidate can't attach additional documents to attachments fields if there is already a document, even though feature "Enable Additional Attachments Post Application" is enabled.

1. Candidate applies to a job;
2. After applying to a job, candidate goes to Career Site -> Jobs Applied -> View Application and Add Attachments;
3. Candidate attaches a file;
4. After attaching a file, the field for Attachments becomes non-editable.

This is a known behavior in single stage environment. When it was developed it was created to cover the use case just when the candidate applied and didn't provide any file. If the candidate applied and provided an attachment, even by turning this option on, the candidate will not be able to add extra files.
