Removing IT Contact from Service Control Center.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Business ByDesign
Resolution
IT contact changes can only be done by administrators/ key users.
To remove an IT contact from the Service Control Center please follow below steps:
- Go to the Service Control Center work center
- Go to the Contact Details view
- Select Active Contacts
- Select the contact which you want to remove
- Click 'Remove assigned contact'.
Note: users who are assigned to the service control center can do the changes with respect to IT contact or other mentioned contacts in the Service control center.
