2497972 - Unable to Rehire Purged User in EC DRTM

We have a requirement where the purged user (userid reuse) needs to be hired. While we are trying to send the employee data (purged user in SuccessFactors system)with same userid, we are encountering a issue which states "user purged cannot be hired with same id".

SuccessFactors  Employee Central - Data Retention Management

Go to admin center and open "Data Management" tool.

Now click on button "User Permanent Purge"

Now download example file and import the userid which you want to permanently purge and reuse in system.

Q) What to do before purging EC user?

A)

• Customer / Consultant. Terminate the user Via MSS (UI) or 2511979 - Employee Central: How do I Terminate employees via Import?
• • Manager only from Via Take action - MSS
• Download UDF “Admin Center --> Employee Export” and verify that Terminate user has been set to inactive

Q) Purge order?

A)Purge order  2088065 (Soft Purge)  then hard or permanent  purge 2392076 (Hard Purge)

Q) How Can Re-activate a purged user?

A) Only Soft purge user can be reactivate: 2392094 - Re-activate a purged user via employee import feature
