2498059 - Unable to view graphics in Project Builder Fiori app

• Error message no. CJ825 "Initialization of graphics for HTML is not supported in the SAP GUI" occurs in the following scenarios:
• Using the Project Builder app (or any Project Systems app that needs to access Graphics) and get error message no. CJ825 "Initialization of graphics for HTML is not supported in the SAP GUI".
• Trying to open the Project Planning Board through WebGui, for example using app Create Simulation.
• Accessing transaction code CJ20N from PPM and trying to open Project Planning Board.

• Project Builder app [CJ20N]: when trying to use the Project Planning Board function, an error occurs "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment."
