2498149 - Incapacity Grace

Symptom

For employees in an incapacity grace situation, the following symtoms are happening:

  1. Social Insurance is rejecting the bases file because:
    • File includes compensation amounts during an IT or AT absence.
    • Non-industrial risk contribution bases are not being reported under a 509 label.
  2. Contributions are different than the ones calculated by Social Insurance.
