Is it possible to proxy as an inactive user in SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Resolution
It is not possible to proxy as an inactive user.
Inactive users no longer have access to the system and cannot be selected as proxy targets. As a result, any actions cannot be executed on behalf of an inactive user.
