2498743 - The data created timestamp in CE1XXXX table is not the same as BAPI execution time

Symptom

You use BAPI_COPAACTUALS_POSTCOSTDATA to post COPA line items and table CE1XXXX is update (XXXX represent your operating concern). You find the data created timestamp in table CE1XXXX is not the same as the BAPI execution time. It may also happen that the data created timestamp in table CE1XXXX is earlier than the BAPI execution time.

For example, the BAPI execution time is 01:00:30. When you check the timestamp in table CE1XXXX, the timestamp is 01:00:28, which is ealier than the BAPI execution time.
