2498856 - APN0029 and APN0032 errors when sending iOS MDM notifications

Symptom

When sending Outbound Notifications to devices under Mobile Device Management control, the following errors are seen in the Afaria Server Message log:

  • APN0029: Push notification failure, connection in an error state: PushType=MDM, Client=(UDID)412500F10A6AC3D053D38A4277D337911A307BC7, Endpoint=gateway.push.apple.com:2195
  • APN0032: Push notification failure, last attempt: PushType=MDM, Client=(UDID)412500F10A6AC3D053D38A4277D337911A307BC7
