If dialog users do not have the S_RFC authorisation and execute remote functions, the dump RFC_NO_AUTHORITY will occur.
You will see the following under the heading "Causes" in the dump:
User "XXXXXX" in client 000 attempted to execute function module "RFCPING" from function group "SYST", but does not have the relevant RFC authorization.
