Symptom

Short dumps are being generated with below error message:

Issue details
Runtime Error: CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND
Error Text: Function module "/GRCPI/GRIA_SPM_SYNC_STAT_UPD" not found.

Issue Details:
　The function module "/GRCPI/GRIA_SPM_SYNC_STAT_UPD" was called, but cannot be found in the Function Library.
　Error in ABAP application program.
　The current ABAP program "SAPMSSY1" had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed.
