2499122 - How To Download Account Determination Settings to an XML File

You want to download your account determination overview (assignment of Chart of Accounts, Account Determination Profile, Account Determination Groups and G/L Accounts) to an XML file but don't know how to do it.

You can download your account determination settings following the steps below:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view.
3. Search and open Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination activity.
4. Under Account Determination section, click to open any subledger (for example: General Ledger).
5. Select one Account Determination Profile.
6. Click Download Account Determination Overview button.

As a result you will download an XML file containing your account determination settings for the concerned Account Determination Profile.
