Currently the standard Employee Central time sheet period can only be weekly.
With the Time Tracking license, it's possible to set up the following flexible time sheet approval period:
- Month refers to a monthly period that starts on a reference date.
- 1 Week refers to a weekly time sheet period that starts on a reference date rather than on a particular weekday.
- 2 Weeks refers to a time sheet period of 2 weeks that starts on a reference date.
- 4 Weeks refers to a time sheet period of 4 weeks that starts on a reference date. This period tends to be shorter than the monthly period. For example, if you set the length to 4 Weeks and set the reference date to March 4, the approval period starts on March 4 and ends March 31. The same reference day with a monthly approval period ends on April 3.
- Half Month refers to an approval period that is half a calendar month long. The approval period for the first half of the month always starts on the first day of the month and ends on the 15th day of the month. The approval period for the second half of the month always starts on the 16th day of the month and ends on the last day of the month.
