The 'Course Rating' field is used in ORD reports, to fetch the Activity Ratings / Course Average rating / Learner star rating.
However, it either fetches incorrect data or doesn't fetch any data.
Cause
The 'Course Rating' field currently available in LMS schema is used to fetch the administrator’s definition of the complexity of a learning item.
The complexity can range from 0.50 to 5.00.

Resolution
At present the Course Average rating / Learner star rating is not reportable in Online Report Designer.
An enhancement request has already raised in the Influence portal.
