2499331 - RCOCB006 gets system dump and fails to send the control recipe

When scheduling job of report RCOCB006 to send control recipe, job is triggered by event when a control recipe is created. Then, it is possible to find the job failed log in transaction code SM37 and no control recipe is sent. From the job log, you find it is a short dump like:

Runtime Errors RAISE_EXCEPTION
ABAP Program CL_APPLICATION_STEP_POC=======CP
Application Component PP-PI-PMA-PMC

With the following key words:

"RAISE_EXCEPTION", "CL_APPLICATION_STEP_POC=======CP" bzw. CL_APPLICATION_STEP_POC=======CM00Z

"SET_VERSIONNUMBER"
or
"CL_APPLICATION_STEP_POC=======CP" FAILED
or
"RCOCB006" "FAILED"

This prevent the process and the whole dump file can be found in transaction code ST22.
