2499476 - FLP@EP Portal Runtime Error Child not found: <theme_name> at portal_content/themes

• When you access your Fiori Framework Page you receive a Portal Runtime Error, and the Fiori Launchpad does not load
• This may occur after a custom theme had been deleted (either via the UI Theme Designer, PCD Inspector or via the Desktops and Display Rules -> themes folder)
• Checking the server developer/default trace file you see an exception similar to the below:
