2499536 - Error message PN809 for PTAB table, when running PT40 transaction

Symptom

When execute the error handling  PT40 or the report RPTERR00 (or RPTERR01), this terminates with the error message "Internal error: No entry in table PTAB on xx/yy/zzzz for personnel number xyz" (PN 809).
