Candidates get error 404 when try to access links on Employee Portal

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - Employee Portal

• Login to Employee Portal 
• Click on links to pre-created pages
• Get error 404 - Page no found

Pages are created but not made available to other users to see them.

Visibility is set only for user who uploaded the pages

To resolve the issue:

Please check-in checkbox beside all files . This will make Files checked out to others:

These files are displayed in Manage checked out files to rest of the admin/users here:

Settings --> Document Library settings -->Manage files
