2499666 - Header Rows are not repeated when set in template and set as active in both the BIP_WordTabledef and Word document

• Headers are not repeated even though "Repeat Header Rows" has been set in the Template and it is also set as "active" (both in the WordTableDef file and in the Word chapter)
• Formatting has been applied to the Tables using a BIP_WordTabledef file
• Manually remove (disable) the "Repeat Header Rows" from the Word document, the Headers are repeated as desired
