2499745 - ESS: Form 16 not showing user parameters under verification block in portal application.

Symptom

  • User Parameters are not coming in ESS application of Form 16.
  • Verification details like Person responsible, S/D/O, Designation, Report Place etc are not shown in Form 16 ESS application.
  • From backend, payroll admin can run Form 16 report (HINCF160) and details of person, son of / daughter of, designation, place can be shown in the PDF, however in portal ESS Form 16 application, nothing is coming by default.
