Symptom
- Fails to connect to the SAP BI Server.
- Fails when attempting to connect to the SAP BI Server from Crystal Reports for Enterprise, but works when login with the same user to SAP BI LaunchPad.
- When attempting to connect to the SAP BI Platform from Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails with the error:
"Connection Failed"
"Failed to establish a connection. The cause was:
Unable to find SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform web services server.
Ensure the name of the web services server is correct; also,check for existing network connectivity (for example, proxy, setting if applicable).
For assistance, contact your network administrator."
