Symptom
The Learning Administrator has already recorded completion of required item(s) or hour(s) in a requirement, but it's still not showing as complete in the curriculum.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
-
Create a curriculum requirement and relate it with a curriculum >
-
Assign the curriculum to a user >
- As a Learning Administration, record completion of required items part of the requirement.
- If the requirement is one item per pool items, record completion for at least one item.
Cause
This is an expected behavior of the system.
The item needs to be assigned and included in the learning plan before it can be recognized by the requirement.
Please note that items part of the curriculum requirement don't get automatically assigned to the user. The user (or the Learning Administrator) still has to choose which to take among the courses.
Resolution
First, assign the required item to the user, then record its completion.
