2499914 - Usage statistics / Audit log for Reports in SuccessFactors

Symptom

  • Can users report on the different statistics of reports? 
  • Is it possible to run a report to have a list of all reports created in the instance? 
  • Can users identify with whom they have shared the reports? 
  • Can users check the last run time of reports? 
  • Is there a way to determine the number of times the reports have been run? 
  • Can users report on the frequency of usage of the Analytics and Reporting feature? 
  • Is it possible to report from the system how much employees are using reports or dashboards? 
  • Is there any option to fetch audit details like creation, deletion, and update audit on Story Reports?
