2499914 - Usage statistics / Audit log for Reports

• Can we report on the different statistics of reports?
• Is it possible to run a report to have a list of all reports created in the instance?
• With whom they have shared the reports
• Last run time
• Number of times the reports have been run
• Is it possible to report on the frequency of usage of the Analytics and Reporting feature?
• Is it possible to report out from the system how much employees are using reports or dashboards?
• Is there any option to fetch audit details like create, delete, update audit on Story Reports?

We currently do not have the option to report on report usage statistics.

If you wish to report on events like creation, deletion, import, etc. of reports, we have the option to collect information on two parameters namely Report Events and Report Execution (using table report).

The Site Statistics report in WFA and Canvas Reports will display the following details:

• Which users are logging into WFA/Canvas
• WFA pages visit
• Canvas or WFA reports execution

For Story Reporting, please refer to the KBA "3412789" where details can be fetched through backend.
