2499924 - Active field in Curricula record is not editable

Symptom

At curricula records, there is no toggle to change their Status.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >
  2. At Learning Activities > Curricula > search for the required curriculum >
  3. Open the record >
  4. Locate the 'Status' field, and notice there is no toggle to change it to Inactive / Active.

Cause

This is an expected behaviour. The 'Status' field is not directly editable through curricula's records.

Resolution

To inactivate a curriculum, please proceed as per Resolution steps from KBA 2618344 - Deactivate/Disable/Inactivate curricula.

After that, the 'Status' of the entity will be changed to Inactive.

To make the curriculum active again, instead of 'Deactivate', the option available will be 'Reactivate'.
