2500016 - Org Assignment Replication - Generated positions start date

For a new hire, when the org assignment replication runs, the generated position infotype 1000 is getting created with the FTSD date instead of the new hire start date. All the position relations are created with the new hire start date, but the position object itself is created with the FTSD date.

Position Management is not enabled in the SF instance. Then a position should be generated.

Generated positions are always created with start date = FTSD. These are technical positions with no business mean, that are created by the system as the SAP ERP HCM system needs a position to reflect the organizational assignments of the employee.
