2500089 - Error 10353 in install log when upgrade to ASE16sp03 - SAP ASE

• The following error occurred in ASE_Suite.log during upgrade. It's not HA environment.

  MSG>>> 07-05-17 13:18:03 : Exit status = 4
  ERROR>>> 07-05-17 13:18:03 : The installer could not update SAP ASE 'test'.  Correct the errors described in output file '/opt/sybase/log/updatease.out', then run '/opt/sybase/ASE-16_0/bin/updatease -D/opt/sybase -Stest'.
  
  
• In updatease.out, query 'dbcc ha_admin (' ', 'state_machine', 'halt')' got failed as below:

• We can see upgrade has finished in database 'dbname' generated successfully in ASE error log.
  00:0000:00000:00002:2017/07/05 13:38:49.68 server  Upgrade has finished in database 'master'. ASE is now updating table level statistics for its system tables. Please be patient.
