2500443 - Could not start up Fiori Launchpad's Applications after upgrading SAP_UI component

Symptom

After upgrading your SAP_UI component, some applications on Fiori Launchpad could not be started-up. When the user click on the app tile, the following error is found in the console log:

  • "...Error (404, Not Found) in OData response for GET..."
  • "...HTTP request failedDetails: Resource Chip not found..."
