After executing DVM Setup Step 8 - Activate Extractors, in the Extractor Framework you observe some DVM extractors are missing.
When attempting to activate the missing DVM extractors again in DVM Setup Step 8 - Activate Extractors you see the log message: "DVM Extractors were already active in system <XXX>" but notice the missing extractors have still not been activated.
