2500541 - Report ACR_DISPLAY_GREY_AGGREGATES is showing grey metrics that are green metrics in System Monitoring

Symptom

You are using System Monitoring and you want to check gray metrics for a Managed System, then you run report ACR_DISPLAY_GREY_AGGREGATES and you see some gray metrics that are reporting different status in System Monitoring.
