2500688 - DB20: Create Table Statistic job terminated with “signal 13”

Create table statistic via DB20 terminated with “signal 13”. 

In the DB14 -> BRCONNECT details log:

No error if you create table statistic manually at OS level using the same command under  <sid>adm user.

brconnect -u / -c -f stats -o SAP<sid> -t <table> -e null -m E -s P3 -f allsel,collect,method,sampl

This error can be reproduced in several circumstances:

• After SAP kernel update, example: SAP Kernel 7.42 to SAP kernel 7.49 
• After System updates (EHP installation) , example to EHP 8
• After upgrade Support Packages (SPs) / Support Package Stacks applications, example: 7.40 SPS14 to 7.40 SPS17

• Oracle release independent
• As of SAP_BASIS 740 and SAP_BASIS 750
