Symptom

This article provides all steps involved for inserting a new user status. Most customers adapt the Change Request Management standard process according to their internal organization and specific change request processes. This leads to inserting additional user statuses but in their Ztransaction types, please never modify the standard delivered transaction types. Afterwards, certain Customizing settings and steps are necessary.
