2500885 - Notifications / Related Notifications button is missing for inspection lots

• Related Notifications button cannot be seen in the header area of results recording and usage decision transactions (like QA11, QA12, QA13, QE01, QE02, QE03, QE51N, and so on).

• Notifications button disappeared for inspection lots after system upgrade. Configuration is the same in the old and new systems.
• Notifications button is not visible for inspection lots, although they have related notifications to display.
